Description

11 Brock Street is a Grade II* listed building within a terrace of seventeen houses connecting the Circus to the Royal Crescent. It was built by John Wood the Younger between 1763 - 1767 and is constructed of Bath stone with Venetian windows and backs onto Royal Victoria Park. Number 11 has been renovated to exceptional standards, creating an impressive family home.

Entering off Brock Street through an attractive and pronounced porch, an elegant hallway with ceramic tiled flooring leads to the kitchen. Units with marble worktops are fitted along two walls, with a large central island, making the most of this generous space and perfect for entertaining. Of particular note are the high ceilings and trio of south facing windows making this a light-filled room, with views across the rear garden and beyond to Victoria Park.
