Description

Swan House occupies an exceptional position on the banks of the River Stour. Built in the late 1980s, the house is constructed of red brick with part rendered elevations beneath a traditional pitched peg tiled roof. The landscaped garden lies on the south of the house. There is a Store with power a paved patio running along this elevation and with an electric sun canopy, raised flower borders with irrigation watering and stunning views over looking the river. Steps lead down to a further terrace with wide borders incorporating numerous plants and shrubs. A paved path runs along the eastern elevation giving access to the paved north side of the house via a wrought iron gate.

Directions

From Ipswich proceed south on the A12 taking the B1068 signposted to Higham and Stoke by Nayland. Proceed through the villages of Higham, Thorrington Street, and on entering the village of Stoke by Nayland turn left, before the Angel Public House, onto the B1087 and proceed into the village of Nayland. Continue through the village, straight over the give way sign and 80 Swan House will be found further along on the left hand side.
