Dringhoe Hall is situated just outside the coastal village of Skipsea, approximately two miles from the sandy beaches of the Holderness Coast, including the popular Fraisthorpe beach and The Cow Shed café. The surrounding coastline and open countryside offer excellent opportunities for walking, riding and outdoor pursuits, while Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve, renowned for its seabird colonies, lies approximately 15 miles to the north.

The nearby seaside town of Hornsea, about six miles away, provides a good range of amenities including a secondary school, leisure centre, supermarket, cafés and restaurants, together with a traditional seafront promenade and Hornsea Mere, Yorkshire's largest freshwater lake. The market town of Driffield lies approximately 10 miles to the west, while Bridlington, a larger coastal town to the north and widely known as the "Lobster Capital of Europe", offers further shopping, leisure and transport facilities.

Dringhoe Hall is an outstanding Grade II listed period property of mid-to-late 17th-century origin, enjoying a peaceful rural position in the heart of East Yorkshire countryside. Approached via a long driveway, the house sits at the centre of its gardens and grounds and is complemented by a handsome converted barn providing two highly successful holiday cottages, together with a range of traditional outbuildings.

The principal house has been comprehensively renovated and sympathetically extended by the current owners to create a substantial yet welcoming family home. Later additions have been executed with great care, using handmade two inch bricks imported from Holland and traditional detailing to mirror the original ornate architecture, while modern upgrades include underfloor heating in the ground floor, double glazed timber sash windows, new roofs, and high-quality finishes throughout.

Double doors open into the reception hall, part of the original 17th-century house, featuring exposed beams and traces of an Inglenook fireplace, now a spacious dining room. The sitting room is double aspect with benefitting with window seats overlooking the south-facing garden, and a wood-burning stove set within an Inglenook. To the rear is a cinema room wired for a projector, while the kitchen/breakfast room offers Travertine flooring, solid oak cabinetry, a large island with breakfast bar, Rangemaster cooker, Butler sinks, integrated appliances, and a traditional pantry. In 2019, the original 17th-century barn was skilfully converted into two spacious cottages, each offering around 1,500 sq ft of accommodation over two floors. Currently operating as successful holiday lets, a concealed interlinking door allows them to be combined into one larger unit if desired. Accessed via a separate driveway leading to a large car park, each cottage enjoys enclosed front and rear gardens with open views. Interiors feature double-height ceilings, exposed brickwork, and oak beams, with 'Ow Do' boasting a superb 32 ft kitchen/dining/living space with exposed roof trusses. Kitchens and bathrooms are finished to a high specification, and both cottages benefit from underfloor heating powered by a ground source heat pump and double-glazed windows for efficiency. Across the drive from the main house is a traditional brick outbuilding with pantile roof, extending to nearly 1,000 sq ft. It comprises four units: a store housing the biomass boiler and hopper, a large workshop, additional storage, and a garage for a ride-on mower.
