Beautiful Ocean Villa is part of the Residential Guest Program (RGP) at Mauna Kea Beach Resort. The homeowners extend this privilege to their guests. Opt-in to the RGP, daily fees for 2026, start at are $225.00+tax per household / per day.

Mauna Kea Beach Resort is located North of Keahole-Kona Airport along the sunny Kohala Coast of Hawaii.  Luxury Resort amenities include championship golf courses, award-winning tennis, dining, cultural activities, Workout facilities, and the ultimate resort experience. 
The area is known for its world-class beaches, Golf courses and cultural and archaeological sites.  Enjoy the humpback whale sightings during whale season between November and April.

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel Renovation
As of February 2026, the mauna Kea Beach Hotel has largely completed its $180 million, multi-phase renovation, updating guest rooms, dining, and the golf course. While major construction is finished, some final components, including a new destination spa, are set to open in April 2026.
