Set within 44 hectares of unspoilt countryside, the estate is surrounded by the tranquillity of nature, amidst majestic stone pines and centuries-old holm oaks.
At the heart of the estate stands Villa Marigold, nestled within beautifully landscaped gardens and featuring a large private swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests. Its privileged setting offers complete privacy and direct access to the natural beauty of the adjacent San Rossore Nature Park. The villa accommodates up to 17 guests across eight double bedrooms and one single bedroom. A dedicated staff resides in an independent cottage within the estate, ensuring attentive yet discreet service while respecting guests' privacy at all times.
Since its construction, the estate has remained in the hands of the same noble family, who have carefully preserved its heritage and timeless character. Today, it is available for exclusive private rentals, offering a refined and highly personalised hospitality experience. An experienced team is on hand to look after every detail, from relaxed daily service to memorable lunches and candlelit dinners, often served beside the pool or in the villa's elegant outdoor spaces.
The property is home to one of Italy’s leading thoroughbred racehorse training operations. Guests are guaranteed complete privacy during their stay and, upon request, may have the opportunity to observe the training activities, including sessions held within the San Rossore Park.
Just moments from the villa lies the San Rossore Nature Park, a protected reserve covering more than 9,000 hectares and stretching all the way to unspoilt sandy beaches. Home to an extraordinary variety of wildlife, including numerous bird species, deer and wild boar, the park offers a unique setting for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
The estate also enjoys a strategic location for exploring some of Tuscany’s most captivating destinations. Lucca, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta are all within a 30-minute drive, while Florence can be reached in approximately one hour.
Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta invite guests to discover their beautiful beaches, exceptional restaurants, renowned art galleries and prestigious wineries. For art and history enthusiasts, Pisa, home to the iconic Piazza dei Miracoli, is another unmissable destination.
