This charming Borgo, located in the hilly area of Magliano in Tuscany, is an architectural redevelopment project that represents a rare example of balance between the recovery of rural heritage and a contemporary architectural language. The intervention was awarded the Regula 2025 Prize for contemporary Italian architecture and the LIV Hospitality Design Award, recognitions granted for the quality of the restoration and the ability to interpret the landscape in a sensitive and innovative manner.
Immersed in the Maremma landscape, the estate opens onto 360-degree views extending as far as the sea, toward Monte Argentario, the Island of Giglio, and the surrounding countryside. The relationship between architecture and nature is constant and becomes an integral part of the experience of the place.

The property features nine double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a bright living area overlooking a large panoramic window that frames the landscape, bringing the outdoors into constant presence within the interior spaces. The living area is completed by a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a spacious dining room. The restoration has preserved the only authentic part of the original complex, recomposing the volumes into a coherent, understated, and essential whole.
