Very well priced. Home is a little rough around the edges, but it's hard to get into Valle Vista at this price point. The home needs interior paint, an electrical upgrade, closet doors and some TLC. The kitchen has been updated, windows are dual pane, the carpet is new. and it's got a beautifully updated primary bathroom. Valle Vista is a beautifully maintained subdivision with all homes on individually ownws lots. Features include 7+ acres of greenbelt with walking paths that connect the entire community, beautiful heated inground pool (seasonal) and large patio area, plus a 9,200 sq ft Clubhouse that is used for community activities. All this and an excellent westside Santa Rosa location about seven minutes to downtown yet close to parks. open spaces, walking paths, hiking trails, Bodega Bay and the Sonoma County Coast.
