This charming two-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the Portuguese Venice, facing the canal. It is within walking distance of the beach and the city centre. Dressed in the exterior of a fisherman's house, the interior has a cosy feel with well-considered contemporary comfort and materials, distributed over two floors linked by a large staircase that allows the social and private areas to be separated. The social area is bathed in sunlight and boasts lovely views, which can be enjoyed from the balcony or a quiet corner of the living room. It includes an open-plan kitchen and a WC for guests. The bedrooms include wall-mounted storage, allowing for optimal use of the space, and one has an en-suite bathroom while the second has its own separate bathroom. The immediate surroundings are undergoing change as part of the city of Aveiro's natural reconciliation with the sea. Last but not least, the flat has a short-let licence and enjoys good occupancy rates, with demand for both short and long stays. It is therefore also an excellent option for those looking for investment opportunities in the area.
