3. Move-In Fee – check payable to The 135 Condominium in the amount of $500.00 (non-refundable) – to be submitted with the Board package.
4. Move-Out Deposit– (NOT TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION) Tenants must notify Veritas in advance of moving out and submit a bank check or money order payable to The 135 Condominium in the amount of $500.00 (refundable).

Utilities are payable by Tenant.
Tenant is responsible for purchasing a renter’s insurance and providing a copy to the landlord.
