Silvercrest is a waterfront property in Naousa, combining immediate proximity to the sea with panoramic views and easy access to the village. Positioned just 20 metres from the water, less than a ten-minute walk from the heart of Naousa and only 100 metres from the sandy beach of Agioi Anargyroi, it is ideally placed for enjoying both coastal and village life.

Extending to 309 sq.m. across three levels, Silvercrest has a strong connection with its waterfront setting. Sea views are framed throughout the main living areas and bedrooms, while generous windows and openings fill the interiors with natural light and bring the surrounding seascape inside.

The ground and upper levels were fully renovated in 2025, bringing a fresh contemporary character to the property. Soft neutral tones, natural timber and clean architectural lines create light, understated interiors, complemented by carefully retained elements of Cycladic character. The main living area is particularly striking, with windows on several sides framing different perspectives of the sea.

From room to room, the sea remains a constant, captivating presence.

The kitchen continues the natural, pared-back aesthetic, with warm timber cabinetry, a generous central island and an adjoining dining area defined by a stone arch. Together with the living room, these spaces create an easy flow for everyday living and entertaining, with the views providing a continual connection to the water outside.

Four en suite bedrooms are arranged across the ground and upper levels, with bright interiors and a calm, understated palette. Several open directly onto balconies overlooking the sea, while covered terraces provide additional areas for outdoor seating and dining, making the most of the property’s proximity to the waterfront.

The lower level offers a different character, with more traditional stone detailing and timber elements. An additional living and dining area, together with the fifth en suite bedroom, creates a self-contained part of the property that works particularly well for guests.

The setting allows much of daily life in Naousa to be enjoyed on foot.

Agioi Anargyroi Beach is moments away, while the restaurants, cafés, boutiques and harbour of Naousa are all within an easy walk.

With five en suite bedrooms, renovated main living spaces and sea views that remain central to the experience of the property, Silvercrest brings together waterfront living with the convenience and energy of Naousa.
