The design of apartment is created in collaboration with the world-famous architecture and design bureau OpenAD, led by Zane Tetere-Šulce. Cozy, modern, high-quality, tailor made furniture, tastefully decorated and fully equipped.
The original layout, was professionally turned in to fabulous functional one-bedroom apartment where is a lot of Sun light, spacious kitchen and place for a dining table, a lot of shelfs for art and books, cozy living area and very quiet bedroom. There are one guest WC and full bathroom at the bedroom.
Placed in high first floor has their own entrance. A lot of Sunlight in apartment due the windows which are placed to a different sides and catch the sun in any day time.
