Hotel in the first row to the sea in Kaštela. The hotel was built in 1928 and was last renovated in 2006. The land area is 36,425m2 (T1 zone + R3 zone + Z1 zone), the main building the surface of the hotel is 3690 m2, the pool is 151 m2. The current capacity of the hotel is 210 units, while the potential capacity is 410 units. It has a private parking lot with 50 parking spaces. The south side of the hotel is connected to the Kaštela Riviera, at a distance of 6 km there is a promenade with beautiful coves and beaches shaded by pine and tamarisk trees. It is not necessary to change the spatial urban plan, but a complete reconstruction is required. The hotel is included in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic of Croatia, and during the renovation of the complex, it is necessary to provide a high-quality architectural and urban planning solution that would restore it to its former glory. it was the focal point of social and cultural life, which many residents of Kaštela, Trogir and Split still remember.
