Villa occupies a living area of 250 square meters and consists of three carefully designed bedrooms with panoramic views, three bathrooms, spacious living room, fully-fitted kitchen with dining area and private library. A well-organized courtyard area consists of a garden with 300 olive trees, private parking for four vehicles and a barbecue area for summer gatherings with friends or family.
