Occupying a prime location in the historical heart of Stari Grad, the holiday home Magnifique subtly evokes the past times with its timeless architecture and elegant interior design. This rustic beauty represents an idyllic fusion of old and new, offering the utmost comfort and modern appliances while maintaining the adorable vintage character accentuated by handmade artwork. Its convenient position allows you to enjoy the proximity of mesmerizing beaches or well-known sites like UNESCO-protected Stari Grad Plain, as well as several famous restaurants or konobas.

The house has a 140 square meters gross floor area and spreads over three floors, with an open space living and dining area and a fully fitted handcrafted wooden kitchen. The ground floor also has a spacious guest toilet with a storage and laundry area. There is a nicely refurbished master bedroom on each floor above with a separate bathroom, a shower, and an in-room large bathtub that can be fully concealed. Each room has two large windows; therefore, the interior areas are filled with natural light. All the windows on the ground floor and one on the first floor are decorated with handcrafted vitraje s in two techniques of glass and Murano glass in the middle. Room doors are two sides wooden doors with authentic incrustations. All rooms can easily be turned into a home office or exercise/meditation space.

Both inner and outside walls of the house were restored by restoration experts to uncover all the periods through which the house was built over the centuries, including a gothic window and different niches spread around the house. The house's attic offers additional space for storage or can be used as a resting area with views on the town roofs. The house is equipped with 300 liters mixed solar-heated water heater; it has central AC heating and cooling and floor heating on the ground floor and in the bathroom areas.

The house is fully furnished with custom-made furniture made from Croatian oak, and it is equipped with the KNX smart house system. A parking place is arranged within a short walking distance.
