Rybakowo is located approximately 20 kilometers from Gorzów Wielkopolski, a town with just over 125,000 inhabitants and an excellent level of amenities. This city can be reached from Rybakowo by car and public transport. The beautiful city of Poznan is, like Berlin, approximately 175 kilometers away and cities such as Hamburg, Hanover and Leipzig can be reached within 5 hours. The Dutch border is only 7 hours away via the German Autobahn, making this house very attractive for an international audience.
Sustainability and living comfort
This fantastic house was built in 2020 by Revobuild. Its progressive construction method has the advantage that the house is extremely well insulated, so that energy consumption is kept to a minimum. With a view to the environment and a sustainable future, you are assured of a good investment. The house is extremely maintenance-insensitive and very solidly built.
High-quality materials have been used to create a very energy-efficient home. The walls, roof and floor are insulated to a high standard (an Rc value of 14 m2K/W, a U value of 0.071 W/m2K). The house has recuperative ventilation, in which incoming air is heated with the outgoing air. The PVC frames are fitted with triple glazing and the roof is prepared for the installation of solar panels.
Permanent or recreational use
The house is not only suitable for permanent residence, but also as a holiday home. This has been taken into account during the construction: the plot is completely fenced and there is an alarm system with surveillance camera.

If you have parked the car on your own property, you can walk to the entrance of this ready-to-move-in house.
