For sale is a building plot with a total area of ​​4,223 m² in Rovinj. The land is parceled and projects with building permits have been prepared for four plots (two single-storey houses and two multi-storey houses with swimming pools).   The permits have expired, but they can be renewed using an accelerated procedure.
