Agricultural land with an open sea view is located on Brač, 170 m from the sea. The land area is 55,827 m2, while the access road is a combination of asphalt and macadam. According to the law, the construction of residential and commercial buildings in the function of performing agricultural activities is allowed on agricultural land. Buildings for the needs of a registered family farm and the provision of catering and tourist services in a peasant household can be built according to the criteria that the construction of a building-house of 1000 m2 underground and 400 m2 of the ground floor is allowed. The price of the land is 8.0 €/m2.
