Agricultural plot of 67.700m2 is located on the peninsula of Martinska, in front of the Sibenik. It is divided into two parcels of which is one 47.179m2, and other 20.218m2. To land leads the road over the Sibenik bridge, turn to the side road that leads to the peninsula Martinska and cult Sibenik baths “Jadrija”. From this road is a road leading to the sea, to Sibenik bay, close to the Sibenik bridge. Right next to the road there is this land at the foot of hill Tusta facing views of the city Sibenik, away from the sea about 200m. Half a century ago the land was cultivated as olive groves and vineyards.
