A palace like residential building with a porter's lodge was constructed on the property in 1902 by the architect Franz R. Neumann. The façade features classical elements in a Neo-Baroque and Neoclassical style. This charming palais is a unique building from the Belle Époque and is considered one of the architectural highlights of Vienna's third district.

Behind the late-historic façade are three main floors with a central staircase preserved in its original condition, as well as a large garden that completes the overall concept.

The uniqueness of the palais becomes unmistakable as soon as one crosses the threshold of this building for the first time. In particular, the impressive entrance area and the spacious, high, and bright rooms make the palais truly exceptional.
