Agricultural land with a total area of 38,934 m2 located on the island of Brač, 480 m from the sea and a 10-minute drive to the ferry port and the city of Supetar. Olive trees are planted on the land, electricity and water are nearby, while the access road is macadan. The possibility of building is offered on the agricultural land building for the purposes of the registered OPG and the provision of catering and tourist services. The conditions for construction are that the land area must be at least 30,000 m2 in the protected coastal zone (1000m from the coastline). The permitted size of the building is ground floor with a total area of 400 m2 (basement up to 1000 m2), the building must be at least 100 m from the coastline. The construction of several separate buildings is not allowed. The surfaces must be planted with permanent plants for at least 70% of the surface.
